The Sherman Circle transportation safety improvements are scheduled to begin on Monday, May 14th, with a goal of being complete by the end of the month, according to DC Department of Transportation (DDOT).
The following agenda is for the next Advisory Neighborhood Commission 4D public meeting on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 starting at 6:30pm. ANC 4D hosts our meetings at the Washington Latin Public Charter School, 5200 2nd Street NW.

A brainchild of the Petworth Arts Collaborative (PAC), Petworth Arts Fest will feature various professional DC artists, live installations and performances to engage neighbors and our surrounding community through the arts. And they’re looking for volunteers to help make it happen!

I have always had less-than-ideal sleeping habits. As a child, my siblings would taunt me for falling asleep downstairs watching TV rather than going to my bed when I was sleepy. (That practice continues today.) I always fall asleep on the sofa and then wake up and stumble off to my bedroom. There are times I wake up in the wee hours of the morning and watch TV until I fall back to sleep and wake up at about 6AM. These practices do not promote a peaceful and restful sleep.
One morning, things got very bizarre and 911 had to be called.
