Born on February 5, 1988, Chelsey Lathes Towns Sokoloff lived her life with remarkable strength, grace and passion. She was a loving wife, a remarkable mother, a cherished daughter and sister, and a loyal friend. Her boundless spirit, zest for life, brightest of smiles and deep inner strength left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Helen Mitchell passes at 90, long history serving DC and Ward 4

Helen Mitchell, who has a long history of service to DC and Ward 4, passed away this week at the very respectable age of 90. She was the grandmother of PSA 407 Lieutenant Anthony Washington.
