Read More“Upshur Beach” is going to be a thing, and it’s happening on Saturday, July 6th thanks to Pipkin Creative, Art of Noize and Capital City Hydroponics.
Together, they’re bringing the fun of the beach to Upshur Street complete with music, food, beer and more.
