The first Petworth Jazz Project of the 2019 was, in my opinion, one of the best so far. Baba Ras D led off the night with music for the kids, and boy oh boy do the little people love Baba. This Saturday, August 25th, is the last Petworth Jazz Project of the 2018 season. It's been a great summer, with some amazing performances. This weekend's show closes out the season with Janelle Gill, a well-known jazz pianist who's played at the Kennedy Center and all over the world.
