Music is coming to your front steps this month with Petworth Porchfest. Houses all around the neighborhood will be hosting bands on their porches on Saturday, April 24th from 2-6pm. Come out to see 83 bands playing on 64 porches within 1.5 miles of each other in a Covid-safe manner. All shows are free.

Porchfest will officially kick off on Upshur Street in front of Willow at 843 Upshur Street NW at 1:30pm with remarks from Ward 4 Councilmember Janeese Lewis George and At-Large Councilmember Christina Henderson.

All performances will be outside and socially distanced. Performers, hosts and attendees are required to wear masks at all times, including during performances. Artists will play at least a 45-minute set, but they may play longer with their host’s permission.

Check out the official Petworth PorchFest Map to see the addresses on a Google map.
