Loyalty Books and other DC area bookstores to donate to pro-choice charities today & Sunday
/Six independent bookstores in the DC area are donating a percentage of their sales this weekend to pro-choice non-profits in response to the recent legal assaults on abortion rights across the country.
If you’ve wanted a good book lately, and want to support Planned Parenthood, NARAL and the Yellowhammer fund, here’s a great opportunity. The stores are making a donation on all purchases (10-20% depending on the bookstore) today, June 29th and Sunday, June 30th.
