As a Petworth News reader, chances are you live or work in Ward 4. The Georgia Avenue Family Support Collaborative, a local non-profit that works with families in our area, is conducting a survey of residents, service providers and other stakeholders to help them plan for the changing needs of the Ward 4 community.
