Friends of the Soldiers Home is putting on their 10th Annual July 4th Celebration at the Armed Forces Retirement Home. It’s a great opportunity to celebrate with friends, family and your community! Here’s details:

Monday, July 4th 4pm to 9.30pm

Food/drink:

Captain Cookie
Rocklands BBQ
New York Grill
Timber Pizza
7starrwings

Music/entertainment:

Billy White aka The Music Man, for the 10th time (from 4pm)
Fireworks (from 9pm)

Activities:

Bike parade contest (6pm): A children's bike/scooter contest will commence. Decorate your bike/scooter in a patriotic theme, and you could win a prize! Residents at AFRH will serve on the judging committee, and three winners will be chosen.

Bouncy houses (4pm-9pm)

It’s FREE! If you drive in, the Friends of the Soldiers Home requests a $10 donation per carload.
