This Saturday, August 25th, is the last Petworth Jazz Project of the 2018 season. It's been a great summer, with some amazing performances. This weekend's show closes out the season with Janelle Gill, a well-known jazz pianist who's played at the Kennedy Center and all over the world.
The show starts at 5:30pm at the Petworth Playground (801 Taylor Street NW) with kids' musician Baba Ras D, and Janelle Gill performing at 6:30pm. Food is available from Crepe Love food truck. The show is sponsored by Ward 4 Councilmember Brandon Todd.
As always, bring your own blankets and chairs, but no dogs -- DPR rules, sorry!
