Ward 4 Family Fun Day is this Saturday afternoon

You're invited to join Councilmember Todd for the 18th Annual Ward 4 Family Fun Day on Saturday, June 23rd from 3:00 to 5:30 PM at the Kingsbury Day School (5000 14th St, NW). The event features fun the whole family, including: hamburgers, hotdogs, popcorn, cotton candy, snow cones, an ice cream truck, touch truck, fire truck, mounted horse police, bingo, hula hoops, moon bounce, steel drum band, DJ, face-painting, pony rides, Citi-Open tennis, skating, and activities for all ages.
In the event of rain, Family Fun Day will continue across 14th Street in the gymnasium of West Education Campus (1335 Farragut St, NW).
Summer isn’t over yet! The Parks at Walter Reed has a full lineup of family-friendly neighborhood events coming up from August and into November, including free concerts, outdoor fitness classes, dancing, flea markets, community festivals and a massive used book sale.
