There are two main concerns expressed about DC Superior Courts taking ownership of the old Petworth post office at 4211 9th Street NW, specifically its location close to the burgeoning Upshur Street retail and restaurants, and the lack of communication with the community about the facility.

Regulations prevent homeowners and contractors from disposing of the paint via regular trash collection. But, thanks to DC’s Paint Stewardship Law, getting rid of that old paint just easy.

FTA investigators have been closely monitoring WMATA and its employees as the SafeTrack process continues to work on existing defects in the metro system.
