El Torogoz restaurant on 9th Street, between Varnum and Upshur, owned by David Ventura, has been sold and is renamed Mary Bar & Grill’s Tex-Mex Restaurant. I stopped in for a chat with owner Mary Orellana and her daughter Roxana Castellon to discuss other changes besides the name.
