Slim's Diner plans to open mid-week
/Slim's Diner, the much-anticipated new restaurant from Paul Ruppert (owner of Petworth Citizen, Upshur Street Books and Cappy's Crabs), is getting ready to open.
According to Paul, they have their last inspection on Tuesday, and are hoping to open as early as Wednesday, from 7am - 4pm, with full hours starting on Thursday.
Paul said he can't officially confirm it until they get that inspection, but are counting on opening on Wednesday.
Regular hours of business will be:
Sun - Thur 7am to Midnight
Fri + Sat 7am to 2am
