Join local elected officials for a free storytime reading at Upshur Park on 4/14

On April 14th, local elected representatives across the city will be reading children's books to students in public parks, and you’re invited to join. Just RSVP!

When: 10:30 am on Wednesday, April 14th
Where: Upshur Playground Basketball Courts (4300 Arkansas Ave NW)

This event is organized by members of the DC State Board of Education (DCSBOE) in partnership with the DC Public Library (DCPL). The city-wide “Outdoor Storytime” event builds upon similar events previously coordinated by Brenda Richardson with the Friends of Oxon Run Park and Allister Chang with the Friends of Rose Park.
