After being postponed from September due to bad weather, the 9th Annual Celebrate Petworth Festival was a pretty resounding success on November 18th on the 800 block of Upshur Street.

We’ll try to share the photos from the official photographer who was walking around that day, here’s a bunch I took while running the Main Stage, the Dog Show and walking around.

The Parks at Walter Reed has announced a packed calendar of events stretching from spring through late fall ensuring the Great Lawn and plaza remain the beating heart of Uptown. The calendar mixes free fitness classes, live music, cultural programming and fan-favorite markets. All events are free (or low-cost for fitness), all-ages and welcoming to all.
