Celebrate Petworth is Saturday, November 18th! Volunteer to help out!

After getting rained out in September, the volunteers and organizers of Celebrate Petworth are excited to be able to put on the annual neighborhood event on Saturday, November 18th from 11am to 5pm on the 800 block of Upshur Street NW.

They need volunteers to help get the word out, help during the event and more. Whether you have an hour or can offer a few hours, here’s ways to get involved:

  1. Help distribute posters and door hangers! Pick up posters at Lulabelle's on 800 block Upshur Street (here’s where they need to go). Door hangers can be picked up at Lulabelle's or on the porch on 4731 9th Street NW. Just pick your block and note it on this spreadsheet.

  2. Sign up for a volunteer shift for the day of the festival. There are a variety of day-of volunteer roles available – help with set-up, helping the vendors, kids' zone assistant, dog show registration, and more!

A huge thank you to this year's sponsors, including:
