Agenda for ANC 4C February 12th meeting

Advisory Neighborhood Commission 4C has its February meeting on Wednesday, February 12, 2020. The meeting takes place in the basement of the Petworth Library from 6:30-8:45pm. The agenda is always available online at http://bit.ly/anc4cmeetingagenda and is updated regularly throughout the month.

DRAFT AGENDA 

  1. Call to Order: 

    1. All elected official and agency presentations will be held until the end of the meeting time permitting

    2. Agenda items are organized by when their hearing or meeting dates are instead of by zoning, ABRA, and other business

    3. To help keep the meeting moving we will pause for some time checks periodically. We intend to be adjourned by 8:45 pm and ask for your help in exiting the library. If you have questions for individual ANC Commissioners afterward please try to catch them outside or follow up with them via email.

    • Presentation by Melissa Bird, Executive Director of DC Census 2020 

    • Resolution to support digital and ground efforts to increase participation in the 2020 Census in ANC 4C, and to encourage other ANCs to prioritize communications about the 2020 Census in their neighborhoods
