A resident reported seeing a SWAT team on Randolph St NW, near New Hampshire Avenue. According to 4D Commander Wil Manlapaz, the SWAT were executing a search warrant "in reference to an ongoing criminal investigation." I wonder why kind of warrant needs SWAT instead of MPD officers? Sketchy business to happen in your neighborhood.
