Local PBS station WETA (channel 26) has a new food/restaurant-focused show starting tonight, October 18th at 8pm called Check Please! Local Latin restaurant Ruta del Vino will get reviewed on the second episode on October 25th at 8pm.

The 32-year old former Navy officer has been brewing his own cider at home for years, and with the changes to the brewery laws in DC, he recently decided to take his passion to a new level and open a cider house and restaurant in Petworth.
