It’s all about the neighborhood
Homes are selling fast lately. More than half of all home sales are going under contract in less than two weeks. More than half of all home-buyers (56%) are facing bidding wars in their offers, and that number keeps rising. It is the main reason keeping home searchers from buying a home — they keep getting outbid.

Camps will be open from 9-5pm, with pre- and after-care available. Campers participate in traditional camp activities with social distancing, hand hygiene and face covering guidelines in place. After months of trying to reopen schools, city leaders have allowed each school through their Reopen Community Corps to develop their own plans. As a result some schools in upper northwest are bringing back a large percentage of their students, such as Key Elementary bringing back 75% of their students.
