The primary election for Ward 4 Council seat is on June 2, 2020 — and as is usual for DC, the winner of the primary is pretty much a lock for the general election come November 3rd.

This year there are currently three candidates vying for the Ward 4 seat: incumbent Brandon Todd, Janeese Lewis George, and Marlena Edwards.
