ANC 4C meets online Wednesday evening with a full agenda

Advisory Neighborhood Commission 4C will hold its first meeting since the COVID-19 crisis, this time virtually using web conference software WebEx on Wednesday, May 13th starting at 6:30pm . If you’ve wanted to see how the ANC does things but didn’t want to leave home to do it, here’s a great chance.

Before the meeting begins, you’ll want to ensure you have downloaded the WebEx software for your computer, tablet or phone. There will be rules for who gets to speak, because nothing says chaos as much as a free-for-all web conference.

Details and agenda below:

  • To access the meeting via computer use this link: WebEx Conference

  • To access the meeting via phone call this number: (650)-479-3208.
When prompted enter this event number: 473 394 199.

  • Those of you who join by computer will be able to see speakers’ faces, submit comments and questions via chat, and view whatever documents are shared on the screen.

  • We recommend joining a few minutes before the meeting time to give yourself time to get set up. If this is your first time using Webex, you may be prompted to install the Webex app, which might take a few minutes to complete.

  • To hear the meeting through your computer speakers, select “Use Computer for Audio” when prompted. Otherwise, dial in at (650)-479-3208 or allow Webex to call you.

  • If you experience sound issues with your computer once the meeting has begun, switch to a phone. Click the “More Options” button, then select other options for “Audio Connections”.

  • During the call, we will at times open the floor to community comments. If you are on a computer, click the “raise hand” button to let us know you have a comment. If you are calling in on a phone, please press *9. We will recognize people one by one and unmute you to share your comment.
