Petworth and Fia’s Fab Finds to appear on HGTV's House Hunters

This is great! Local fashion boutique store Fia’s Fabulous Finds is going to be on the next episode of HGTV’s House Hunters on Monday, August 14th! House Hunters selected the boutique to be one of the local stores to tape their opening segment.
"In February, the producers called me to see if I would be interested in having the show tape the intro segment at my boutique," said store owner Safisha (Fia) Thomas. "They said that the next episode they were producing was in the Petworth neighborhood and like most of the House Hunters episodes, they set the tone of that episode by giving the viewer a glimpse of the neighborhood they are featuring."
The producer looked on Yelp and saw Fia's reviews and that the boutique was in the heart of Petworth, and called Fia to see if they could film there for the episode.

"House Hunters is one of my favorites shows, so I was tickled pink. They came in to the boutique earlier this year with the featured buyer of the Petworth house and her mom and filmed a portion of the episode here," Fia said.
Fia said that the woman who was featured in the episode ended up buying a home in the neighborhood and the home is currently being renovated... so hello to you, new neighbor!
The episode is scheduled to air on Monday, August 14th at 10pm on HGTV.
