2nd Annual Petworth News Shindig - May 7th at 6pm at The Pitch!

Last year when Petworth News hit 1,000 Likes and days after this very site launched, we threw a small party. About 80 people showed up to celebrate the blog and the community and it was a blast! (Here's a photo gallery from last year.)
Well, now the Petworth News Facebook page has more than 2,000 Likes and this blog has more than 20,000 monthly readers (what!) -- so I figure it's time for another Shindig party!
My family and I invite you and your family to join us at The Pitch Tavern on May 7th, 2016 from 6-9pm for the 2nd Annual Petworth News Shindig! Kids are welcome!
Come hang with me and other neighborhood people as we toast Petworth News and the work we all do to help shape Petworth into thriving, inclusive place for all.
