Ok, Bandstand is a silly name and we'll probably change it (Petworthpalooza anyone?), but... how cool would it be to get local Petworth area bands to come together for one night, one show, one heck of a good time? A Petworth Band Night or some such...

If you have a band in the Petworth area and want to come out to perform, send me an email. Time and place isn't set yet, but I'm thinking late September or early October at a local bar or such. This will be a great way to get exposure to a local audience, and for neighbors to come out and support local bands (who are their neighbors).

Even better if we can make it a fundraiser for a local organization!

And if you don't have a band... get ready to come out and support a local show!
